eat this for dinner

We had these lettuce wraps for dinner last night and they were so good! They look hard to make because the ingredient list is kind of long, but they are really easy (if you can chop and stir you can make these) and we only needed to buy mushrooms and lettuce because the rest are pretty basic ingredients. And the recipe doesn't call for it but we fried up some rice sticks because that's what they do at PF Chang's. They are so fun to fry! Oh man this one is probably cooler to watch than the pita bread. Definitely try it but make sure your oil is hot enough. The magic happens pretty much instantly so you'll know if it is the right temp. Anyway happy cooking!

I love PF Chang's lettuce wraps! So are rice sticks the things that just expand immediately--that you see in movies? I have a wok and have always wanted to cook that, but had no idea what it was...Thanks, I will have to give it a try!
