Bah. I don't have time right now to write all the many things in my head, so I'll put a picture of my latest finished project instead. I made this little blanket for my newest nephew, Maxwell, using these instructions. I really love how it turned out and I'll do it again for sure!

This is my favorite picture from Roman's birthday. He and his cousin (one week older) are not very good at sharing yet. :)

Roman likes:

Silky fabric for comfort
Greek yogurt
Oatmeal
Chocolate cake with peanut butter icing
Eating dirt

Calling people on the phone
Snuggling with Mom and Dad

Roman is not such a fan of:

Walking. He may crawl to eternity.

Sometimes, I have a day where
Everyone is needy
All the children cry all day
Nothing sounds good for dinner
Things just don't get done
I just can't wait to put my babies in bed
And then crawl under the covers myself with my Ben.

But real quick-like I decide to download the videos from my camera and I find a little shimmering jewel like this one and I laugh and laugh until I cry happy tears at the job I get to do. I'm convinced this is better than a Christmas bonus to keep me reporting to my job every day.
