oh and I hear grating your nutmeg (as opposed to buying it already pulverized) is the ONLY way to go. Obviously I have yet to experience it....
I know! I haven't been out of nutmeg in years and years, so I only just upgraded yesterday, as I was finally out of the grated kind. So excited to try it! Now I just need a microplane...
