st. patty's day

This isn't a very good picture of our feast, but rest assured that it is 100% green. We had pasta with spinach pesto, green jello, salad, and even green bread. It was fun to try and explain to Benson how cool it was to have a totally green dinner. I think he'll think it's neater next year.

It's so cool that you guys are carrying on the family tradition! Mom would be so proud! Carrie, your domestic skills never cease to amaze me. And Benson's face is hilarious! You guys are the cutest family.

yum. i ate green dinner at the inlaws-to-be too.

i wore a purple shirt yesterday, oops. but today it's green. i've got some time to refine my holiday celebration skills before kids come into the picture, thankfully.

Megan- You guys did this?! Ben didn't tell me!

Melissa- And even after you have kids you have a good 4 years before they even care a little bit. Benson wouldn't eat the green bread.

Benson doesn't look too sure Carrie. I think it's cool! I don't think mo did this, just the orange meal. I had potatoe soup and made it green by adding broccoli puree. Mmmm, it was good actually, nothing compared to your feast. Way to go Carrie!
